Tom has been pivotal in leading operations in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan, demonstrating exceptional leadership and industry expertise. Before his current role,
Tom was the Caspian Business Manager at Transocean, overseeing crucial operations in Turkmenistan.

a B.Sc. in Commerce from the prestigious McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
Since 2009, Oleksiy has held key financial roles in the oilfield services industry, including financial controller, head of management accounting, and financial manager, where
he excelled in strategic financial analysis and oversight.
